Dr. Carl Flinn, a Memphis ophthalmologist, has been caring for children's eyes for over 30 years. Dr. Flinn specializes in pediatric ophthalmology with a concentration in conditions such as strabismus (misalignment of the eyes) and diplopia (double vision), as well as basic ophthalmic conditions like myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
