The first thing I can state is I am having rectal and stomach problems. This doctor didn't even shake my hand before he told me he wants to send me to a surgeon. The man didn't exam me, touch me or allow me to show him any part of my body. I then asked about my stomach problems. The doctor told me to schedule another appointment. He only does ONLY COMPLAINT AT A TIME. Then when I told him I needed to see another doctor for a second opinion he told me, "Ok Go Find One. I'm not writing anything." This doctor is a SCAM ARTIST just like his reviews state above. They would not refund my CO PAY. I did contact my issurance company and they stated this was not the first time this doctor has had complaints filed with them on this doctor. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau, they don't even have a record of this doctor. I have filed complaints with the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners and the American Medical Association. How can someone look at a fully clothed man and say ok, you need a doctor. Doctors now days evidently have X-Ray Vision. PLEASE BE WARNED!!!

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
