I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and modern. I was pleased with the reception I got-very friendly.To be honest, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.Cataract surgery went well, however during follow-up visit, Dr gave a shot for swelling and detached my retina and caused the iris to run out.After many, many trips to Emory in Atlanta and several surgeries I am now legally blind in that eye.Have since learned of another person who experienced similar trauma. Beware!!

Dr. Henslee was thorough, professional, and even came in on a holiday to deal with a potentially serious emergency for which another clinic simply said "go to the ER." The ER did not have the specialized equipment necessary for proper assessment of the problem, and any qualified ophthalmologist should have known that. And time was definitely a major factor, depending on the findings of the examination. Not only was the exam thorough (and correct in assessment), but his treatment of patients is as good as any doctor we've dealt with over the years. We have both returned for other eye issues, would not consider a change in provider for eye issues, and recommend him highly.
