I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
