Dr Timms is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been to. He was mean, and rude, constantly interrupted me and talked over me. He tried his best to make me feel like an idiot. He got mad at me for not taking a pain reliever he prescribed for my migraines because I thought it would mess with my head too much to be able to properly care for my two babies. His response was, "Well aren't your migraines debilitating anyway?" Also, when I told him that the everyday medication he had me on made my migraines worse, and gave me stabbing pains in my eyes (the medication warns you to stop taking it if you get pain in your eyes because it can cause blindness) he told me I was wrong, that the meds did not make my migraines worse and dismissed me. I have never been treated like this. Today was only my second time seeing him and I told him I will not be seeing him anymore. And after looking at several review websites, I am not the only person he does this to. How is he still in practice?

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
