I had it as oncologist for breast cancer in 2000. It told me not to let blood pressure be taken on my lymph node biopsy arm. I asked a lot of questions on my next visit....as he put the bp monitor on my biopsy arm, I told him it was my biopsy arm and told him I felt something else was wrong with me. He told my husband "doesn't she ever shut up, tell her to put a sock in it". He then pumped up the blood pressure moniter up really high and told me "it won't hurt you"????? my ex husband told him "don't you speak to her that way", he got fired, I diagnosed myself 6 mos. later with thyroid failure....i almost died!!!!! Oh, and when i got home from the "don't take bp.....then do take bp on biopsy arm....on a hunch I looked up dr. torres and found out that he had given a woman a chemo treatment in his office and ignored her complaints and then ruined her arm because he ignored her when she complained about pain....the intravenous chemo was leaking and killed her muscle tissue.......( before I looked this up, I said to my husband "he is nuts....what did my arm ever do to him....something is not right) he lost a lawsuit.....and ruined a womans arm.......AND I FELT IT BEFORE I EVEN CHECKED INTO IT!!!!!
