The receptionist/office manager is rude and unhelpful, to the point of not delivering messages to the doctor. The only way to actually get in touch with him is to call the after hours emergency line, which annoys the doctor greatly. Stay away.

Dr Gould treated my 11 year old son for ADHD. He did not return phone calls even when he asked that I check in with him about a new medication, or if a trial prescription ran out and needed immediate renewal in order to continue treatment.
