"When you know better you do better," Maya Angelou Dr. Abel told me the acne was a direct result of being young and food does not have direct effect on your skin. Well, he is absolutely mistaken because the foods we ingest have a direct effect on our skin our largest organ. When you change your diet from SAD to a clean healthy diet your skin glows.
