My wife had an appointment that was rescheduled due to weather. The office manager rescheduled for Wednesday from Monday. She got our 2 month old ready and went to the doctor. Unfortunately, the Wednesday they were talking about was not the next Wednesday but a week away. Their answer, sorry we can't help you. The office staff here sucks the manager is awful. The doctors? Fantastic. How do you handle the horrible office staff and the great doctors?
