They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
