Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
