Both the procedure and the recovery process were explained to me. They made sure I understood every step. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The doctor was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was pleased with their bedside manner.
