I brought my daughter here now three times. That should change the name to the Eclipse Medical Group instead of Dr Allen Iseri who is barely ever available. I've had several different problems here. 1. Billing, they try to bill for unnecessary things and did for my daughter and gave a wrong medical advise to me and my baby 2. My daughter was sick for the first time and I went to see them. I waited a while because the Dr was on the phone. I asked to have a "well baby check-up" that apparently turned into a "sick baby check-up". I told her that it was "well baby baby check-up" and to make sure that I am doing everything to make sure she's not ill. 3. I called the On-call Dr over the weekend and it's not really an "on-call Dr". It took 1.5 hrs for the on-call Dr to call us back and at that time I was really worried about my baby 4. I called the Office when they opened and the lady who pulled her chart was asking me the same question and not even paying attention to the details in the file. Very frustrating. - I don't feel like it's a professional operation there and I don't like the vibe of the Drs and the staff. I am new to the area so I will be looking for a better Dr.
