Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I feel the office staff are very rude and have no interpersonal skills and treat you like a lab rat.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
