They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Office staff are helpful and professional. This doctor can be rude and very abrupt. He has very definite opinions and is unwilling to listen to questions or to think about the patient's opinion and concerns. He can be downright rude! He has a very fixed schedule, relative to office hours and does not deviate from it. He is an extremely poor listener. I call him very arrogant and non-compassionate. He has his biases. He works from a distinct medical model, as so many doctors do. He is not open to really looking into a health concern and discerning what might be the cause for a particular symptom. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM, at all! I think this man is tired of practicing. He can be pointed, direct, stern, and argumentative. He has does not use a comfortable and comforting bedside manner. Perhaps others will have a different experience than I. He also does not have hospital privileges and does not carry medical malpractice insurance. He is quite independent.
