They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful. I really appreciated that they didn't schedule my procedures all on the same day, and spread them out over the course of a few weeks. That way, my surgeries didn't take as long, and my risk for complications was reduced. I felt like they really cared about my safety and well-being. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They let me look through a ton of before and after photos from other patients, and offered them to me before I even asked to see them. It was obvious that they had nothing to hide, and were proud of their work. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
