They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They did not understand when I tried to tell them there was a mistake in my meds. I made a complaint/report to the WalGreen's headquarter's about what they?Walgreen's did in a re-fill on my meds. But of course they did not want/care to listen. I knew when the pharmacy mistake was made they would not have re-filled my med because of the lenght of time was too short, a month at a time, so what was I supposed to do? Do you think if I called them and told them what happened they would re-fill my med? Call Pain Managemnet and tell them that Walgreen's shorted me almost 3 weeks med.?I don't think so.Let me make this clear, I DO NOT sell or abuse the meds I was prescribed by Pain Management!!! I was able to function and do my daily activities as long as I was on my meds. Almost 3 weeks without my med. My meds were prescribed monthly and I had appoints every 3 months, which I paid for.
