When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Whenever they asked me what my opinion was on a parenting issue, as soon as I would express my opinion they would just argue with me and contradicted everything I said. They made me feel like I didn't know anything about parenting. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. THEY KILLED MY SON!
