They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. All of my questions were answered and I felt totally prepared for everything. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never pressured me to get any enhancements that I didn't need or wasn't interested in. They're always very respectful.
