Overcoming Sugar Addiction

OVERCOMING SUGAR ADDICTION: THERE IS HELP

STACY, Minnesota (February 28, 2011) - Many people (mainly women) can understand the strong, almost addictive, desire for sweets. Their bodies crave donuts with their coffee, pie after dinner, or a piece of chocolate.. anytime.

Annie Rader, of My Fitness by Design, explains why our bodies crave sugar, and how to keep these addictions under control. She delivers an educational examination of four types of sugar addicts, and more importantly, treatment recommendations for each type. Annie uses
her training as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Weight Management Consulting Agent to educate her audiences on why our bodies produce strong urges for sweet treats. Her genuine enthusiasm encourages and motivates us to make healthier choices so we can feel our best.

Annie will be speaking as part of the Centennial Community Education program on March 3, 2011 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. In addition to speaking on Overcoming Sugar Addiction, she
will be presenting The ABC's of Cortisol Control for the same program on March 10, 2011. Classes are $20 and you may register online at http://www.centennialcsonline.org.
