Stress and life in the 21st century

The human body is built with mechanisms for stress ...it is part of our anatomy and physiology.. Perfectly normal. The problem is that the human body accumulates stress and absolutely needs a way to release it. With our daily crazy lives of kids, homes, work, traffic, bills, etc., etc., alot of gradual stress accumulates. Most of us are just way too busy to relax, meditate, exercise or simply "let go" of it. We as a whole need to "find" time to release the stress... get up earlier, stay up later, set specific times for "you". We must release the accumulation of stress. When stress accumulates in the body it enacts a system called "flight or fight"... This physiological system was designed to prepare you to defend yourself or save your life. When the fight or flight system is enraged... your body dumps sugar and cortisol into the blood stream, the heartrate is elevated, respiration increases, pupils open up
