Lower Cholesterol and Triglycerides Naturally

Many doctors now recommend that you supplement your diet with omega 3 fatty acids. The health benefits of omega 3's are now cited for everything from prenatal health, heart health, diabetes control, vascular health, reduction of inflammation, which reduces body pain, anti-aging benefits, as well as controlling and reducing cholesterol levels. I write this report to inform everyone that a new product is on the market that has 8 different omega3's instead of the 2 in typical fish oil.

In an effort to reduce my triglycerides and control my cholesterol I tried a new health supplement and after 5 months was able to stop taking statins and have stopped taking high blood pressure medicine as well. I believe this new omega 3 /antioxidant supplement played a large part.

The greenlip mussel is grown in the pristine waters of New Zealand and is a very unique marine mussel. For many years the people of New Zealand have enjoyed the health benefits of eating these rather large sea mussels. After 30 years of research, a process has been developed to bring the pure all natural lipids from these mussels into a supplement form. Along with these powerful omega 3 fatty acids the supplement also includes a very powerful antioxidant. The antioxidant plays two key roles. It keeps the mussel lipids fresh and free from oxidation. It also works in your body to protect your cells from free radicals. With this new supplement you get not only a fabulous omega 3 but the additional protection of these powerful antioxidants. The antioxidants come from the Sauvignon blanc grape seed husk also grown in New Zealand.

A lot has been said about using all natural or whole food type supplements. The reason for this is that our bodies can easily use the goodness of a product when it is in a natural state. The key reason that this product works so well is that it is so bio-available. Because it comes is such a natural state your body immediately transforms these nutrients into every cell of our bodies.

Fish oil supplements come in many brands, many sizes, and with much unknown about their true nature. Is the fish oil free of contaminants? Is it a blend of fish oil and olive oil? Many fish oil companies add fillers to make the pills large. Fish oil is now the 4th most used supplement in the world. The fish oil companies struggle to find enough high quality oil and it is now common that they just process it with heat and chemicals in order to increase the levels of DHA and EPA in the oil. Unfortunately, the very process they use destroys the bio-availability of the oil.

The American Heart Association now recommends you not to use chemical antioxidants. These are the common Vitamin C and Vitamin E pills so easily found in today's marketplace. The reason that these are not recommended is that the Vitamin C and E is not utilized that well by our bodies. A more natural source is recommended for your antioxidants. This new supplement delivers the world's strongest antioxidant, all natural and a whole food.

I know of over 50 people using this new omega 3 /antioxidant and the results are quite remarkable. Many are having much improved blood work on their cholesterol and triglycerides. Some have had joint and body pain reduced or eliminated.

I am new to the discovery of how important omega 3 fatty acids are to our overall health. It is clear to me that everyone can benefit from this essential fat.
