Toothpaste and brushing your teeth

There are several brands of toothpaste on the market today. Which one should I choose? Is one toothpaste really better then the other? Who knows? Ask a dentist. Why not as a professor of Dentistry. Here is the story. I remember in my class at Dental School, one student asked the professor "what kind of toothpaste do you recommend?" We all sat in silence. He said "I don't care if you use a pine cone!" That was the answer. Sugar is the worst offender. You should rinse. Drink water if you so desire. We all know what we should do, don't we? Lets make sure we brush keep the toothpaste in your mouth for a while. Don't scrape the teeth as quickly as you can; the once over. Here is where you should spend a few more minutes inside your mouth with that bacteria fighting ritual of brushing your teeth. To have the deluxe service to your mouth, you need to floss. Floss before you brush. You can floss after you brush as well. As long as you floss.
