Common sense cold prevention suggestions

Wash your toothbrush as often as you would your fork. Those microbial germs grow at an astounding rate, especially if you store them in the same room your toilet explodes germs into the air with each flush. Washing those prolific germs off of surfaces hands touch regularly will help also -- toilet handles, car keys, the refrigerator door handle, cabinet door and house door handles, etc.
Over the Christmas season, only take enough for two or three bites of each desert, instead of a whole piece. Sugar lowers your immune system drastically. You will enjoy the sweet as much, and not be so depressed in front of the mirror when the season is over from weight and skin aging. You can also substituted honey (raw -- it's natural) and brown rice syrup -- a complex carb. Limit the flesh foods (meat, fowl, fish, etc.) to limit weight gain, wrinkles, and an overloaded pancreas. Merry Christmas!
