Week 1 with Zone Diet MediZone lost 6.2lbs!!!

Yes its official after researching, reading, speaking with over 30 doctors about the best diet, a true wellness weight loss program, I choose the Zone Diet which was written by Dr Barry Sears. The Zone really appealed to me as the program is all about balance and wellness. The weight loss just happens to be a consequence of being in the Zone.

After hearing about the incredible results from this program I went into see Dr Jonathan Haynes at the Medi Zone Zone Wellness in San Diego. He explained the program in detail. This Zone program offers a more significant weight loss initially, then once you reach a target goal you transfer over to the Zone Wellness program.

I started the program a week ago, I feel great, amazing actually. The team was very professional and so helpful. I will be updating you on my progress!

4 Music - I am moving to music, in the car, in the kitchen, on my computer. Load a cool iTunes radio station and get moving. It lifts your spirit, makes you feel alive and moving to music burns 4 calories a minute! I am digging these stations right now, Afternoon mix by Vmix FM and House Motion.

5 Fragrance - spray yourself with a wonderful perfume. The power of scent on your well being is incredible! I love l'occitane they have great natural beauty products. Louisa Essential Tip For the week

The Power of positive thought, I am trying to be really positive. Not just thinking, I need to be positive but actually being positive. I am the first one to think negatively about my body image, I tried the upbeat approach to life last week and it seemed to actually work. Instead of thinking, crikey what do I look like in these jeans? I made myself think wow these jeans fit way better than they did 4 days ago. Think positive and you will feel positive!
