Master Cleanse
Have anyone ever did the master cleanse by Stanley Burroughs in this community. I am on day 2 .....I normally have swelling in my hands and feet at present I have no swelling since I got up this morning plus according to my scale I lost 6 lbs in a day......which I know is mainly water weight.
