Get Fit / Solve Health Problems

For fourty years I have advocated and participated in sports and a variety of maintenance fitness programs, including taking extensive vitamin and mineral supplements (now called anti-oxidents), etc. This life style has kept me fit, and at the age of 65, I can still run a mile in less than 7 min, bench press my body weight 8 reps, power squat over 300 lbs (breaking parallel), do 45 + push ups, and 80 sit ups. My cholestrol is at 156 and heart rate is 127/61. Overall I feel great, except sometimes when I pass the mirrow and see the receeding hairline. I have however, experienced some problems over the last 3 years, which have caused me stress, worry, and sometimes a loss of sleep, which has impacted me, in addition to causing monetary damages. The cause can be easily resolved, but to date, after complaining, the solution has eluded the people causing the problem. Asta Care, Omnicare, Enlow Drug, Evergreen Healthcare, Rosewoood Health Care and numerous other "Members" of Omnicare / Enloe Drugs program, etc.., have involved themselves in negligent management practices by forwarding me hundreds of their patients prescriptions and medical histories by fax to my home/place of business. I have complained, reported to police, and sent them bills for damages, asked them to stop, without resolution. Their actions, especially after notices, constitutes an Invasion of Privacy , Harassment, damages and loss of income , etc.. which has now affected my health. Perhaps this blog will bring attention to the public and poor patients who have had to wait for delayed prescriptions and thus lead to some sort of finalization of the cause of the problems. Monty O.
