No Sleep Stressed What to do?
Where to start,

about 10 years ago I started to see a trend emerge in my Chiropractic office, we were starting to see more patients not just with pain but with pain that wasn't going away even with traditional conservative care. The common denominator was that these patients were not going into deep restorative sleep at night. They were having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep often waking several times a night and were not able to "turn their thoughts off" due to the stressful events of the preceding day or worrying about the stressful events that were coming the next day.

I provide as a community service lunch and learns regarding both Stress and Sleep, Fibromyalgia and Adrenal Fatigue with follow up for those interested in setting up a personalized protocol to establish and restore wellness.
