Massage Cupping for Tight Muscles

Massage cupping creates gentle suction on strategic points on the back, shoulders, and backs of the legs to gently loosen tight, knotted muscles. Cupping is used to:

* Drain excess fluids and toxins
* Loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue
* Bring blood flow to stagnant muscle tissue
* Stimulate the peripheral nervous system

"It was FANTASTIC" says Heidi. "I could feel my muscles loosening very quickly, especially in the backs of my legs. My legs felt so good, so quickly, I thought I could run on for miles."

Varied techniques use stationary and moving glass cups. Cupping intensifies the therapeutic aspects of current treatments and is a subtle, yet very powerful, addition to a massage. On a deeper therapeutic level, cupping is very beneficial for many conditions such as high blood pressure, anxiety, fatigue, and chronic headache. Contracted, congested muscle tissue will soften quickly with only a few minutes of massage cupping.

Try it as a part of your massage...and "get lifted."
