Monthly Spinal Care Tip - May 2008

Monthly Spinal Care Tip: May 2008

Not maintaining good posture overtime can put abnormal stress on the spine, which can change the spine's anatomical characteristics (e.g. kyphosis (hump), forward head posture), leading to the possibility of constricted blood vessels in the neck (e.g. vertebral arteries), painful pinched nerve, and permanent damage to the disc and spinal joints (e.g. disc bulge, bone spur). Please tell your friends and family members to maintain good posture.
