1. Shoulder Stand Pose (Sarvanagasana)

To perform this asana, start by lying flat on the ground, slowly lift your legs together and stop at a position where your feet are facing upwards and your body is perpendicular to the floor. Gently go back to the starting position and try to transition into Yoga Nidra. Make sure you breathe systematically as you perform this asana. To execute a perfect pose, rest your body weight on your shoulders. This asana helps reduce hormonal imbalance and promotes the ovarian health.
2. Plough Pose (Halasana)

This yoga pose helps increase fertility by stimulating the organs and also aids in fortifying your lower back. Begin by lying flat on the ground with your legs together, slowly raise both your legs and go all the way over your head till your feet touch the ground. Let your hands remain in the normal position. Breathe harmoniously and hold this position as long as you can. Slowly bring your legs back to the original position.
3. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

Begin with lying flat on your stomach. Slowly raise your torso upward curling your back. Make sure you are looking up and breathing systematically as your hold this position. This yoga pose helps activate all the abdominal organs and the spine. Healthy organs help in the overall well-being, including boosting the fertility and conceiving ability of the person.
4. Seated Forward Bend Pose (Paschimottanasana)

Start by sitting straight with your legs stretched out. Slowly begin your movement by bending forward and grasp your toes with your fingers. As you hold your toes, touch your forehead to your knees. Breathe normally. Hold this position as long as you can. Now, slowly release your toes and move back to your starting position. You can also seek the help of your instructor for support while in the position. This Yoga pose stimulates the pelvic region especially the uterus and the ovaries, providing the perfect internal environment which helps increase fertility and conceiving capacity.
5. Butterfly Pose (Poorna Titali Asana)

Sit on the Yoga mat with your feet touching each other and legs forming the shape of a butterfly. Make sure you breathe deeply and harmoniously. This increases flexibility and flow of energy to the lower regions of your body and helps during the delivery of the child.
