Drink Lots of Water and Fluids
One of the biggest keys to clear skin is staying hydrated. Drinking lots of water helps flush toxins from your system and hydrates your organs. If drinking your regimented “8 glasses" a day doesn't come naturally, try this: start your day with hot water and lemon. Have your morning tea or coffee with breakfast, then proceed to drink a glass of water every few hours and with lunch and dinner. If you need some variety, consider sparking water or green tea for its antioxidant properties.
