Blood Pressure Management the Natural Way

There are so many factors that come with blood pressure management. Heredity, stress, your diet, kidney function, etc. I am often asked how can I manage my blood pressure naturally? I then talk to the client and get to the root of the cause. Many times the client is stressed out at work. What stresses them? Everything, and everybody. Of course it would be unethical for me to tell the client to quit their job, but I do offer suggestions. For one week stay away from the people that are stressing you out. Just be cordial and walk away. Monitor your blood pressure for that week and we will see if there is any change.

A week passed, and the client came back. Her pressure went down a little. One down many to go. Okay, now for your diet. Salt, fried foods, and sodas. Yuck! Okay eliminate those from your diet and stay clear of coworkers. She comes back a week later and her pressure was almost normal. To make a long story short.

Find out the causes of the ailment. Are you drinking enough water? Are you walking? What foods are in your diet? These 3 factors are very important to blood pressure management.

Try to engage in walking

Stay stress free

Stay away from salty, sugary, greasy foods.

Cinnamon is good for blood pressure, so is Hibiscus.
