Kathleen El Koury

Kathleen El Koury is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over eight years of experience in the mental health field. She has been licensed since 2011 and has been employed by Kevin Elliott Counseling since that time. Her experiences include working with troubled youth and adults in three states, Virginia, New Jersey and Illinois. Kathleen has devoted her energies to helping foster children and their foster parents, advocating for troubled youth confined to restrictive settings, and providing therapeutic treatment planning. She has worked with a wide range of clientele, helping them to overcome obstacles in their lives and learn the necessary skills to improve their day to day functioning. She has specialized training in working with victims of child abuse and maltreatment, juvenile sex offenders, and family systems. Kathleen provides therapy to individuals, groups, and families and works with diverse populations across the entire age range.
