I am a licensed mental health and pastoral counselor working in the Woodstock, VT area. My clinical focus is in grief and loss, trauma,life transitions,and faith issues.

Many symptoms such as depression, anxiety,sadness, emptiness, lack of meaning in life arise as a result of changes and losses that at times seem overwhelming. Therapy can help a person gain a different perspective, understand where certain feelings are coming from, and create a different focus and direction for the future.

I welcome anyone who is struggling with some of these issues. I have a set fee for each session, accept some insurances,but also do not refuse anyone who is having finacial difficulty. We will negotiate a comfortable fee.
