Bethany is a licensed Registered Dietitian and is certified in Adult Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association/Commission on Dietetic Registration. After graduating Summa cum laude from Saint Joseph College in Dietetics & Nutrition, Bethany worked as a clinical dietitian at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in CT providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients and outpatients. Bethany also worked as a consulting dietitian for The Perfect Workout in CT. Also, as a tutor and teaching assistant, Beth continued to develop her teaching and counseling skills.

Bethany has over 2 years of experience working with clients with Obesity, Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, Gestational), Celiac Disease, Crohn's Disease, IBS, Heart Disease, Nutrition during Pregnancy, General Wellness and more.
