I became interested in health as a child, when I decided that I would become a doctor and have a part in sustaining human life. I began studying medical books as soon as I could read and became more intrigued with every page.
Fast forward through Christian college, a Health Sciences degree program, consulting for government and non-profit agencies, and starting a family, I was ready to head to med school. As I began to prepare, I came to the realization that the career I had already built as a nutrition consultant had satisfied my desire for a meaningful existence. I then went on to acquire certification in both Food and Nutrition Education and Holistic Health Counseling.
Today, I am practicing full-time as a Health Coach and Distributor of Shaklee nutrition and wellness products, serving both individuals and organizations. I also have the privilege of coaching through my position as a health journalist for many major health publications and websites that help millions of people every day.
It is my goal to improve the health, wealth, and happiness of my clients, and through that, create a ripple effect that transforms the world.
