As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I specialize in individual therapy for adults and adolescents, and maintains a private practice in Arnold, Maryland. I also serve as the Co-Director of the holistic health and psychotherapy group practice, InnerSource, Inc., in Annapolis, Maryland.
With over 15 years experience as a therapist, I work with a broad spectrum of clients. Areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, sensory-processing-sensitivity, high sensitivity, loss, grief, and life transitions
I have presented at national conferences, universities, and to general audiences speaking on the topics of loss and grief, mindfulness-based treatments for anxiety and depression, and run groups for the Highly-Sensitive-Person. I also practice and teach mindfulness meditation, facilitates Vision Quests and wilderness-based learning experiences. For my contributions to the field and excellence in academics I have been elected into Who’s Who and Phi Beta Kappa.
