I have over two decades of experience working in the fitness industry as a Group Instructor (1997), ACE-certified personal trainer (2003), Post Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist (2017), Pre/Postnatal Exercise & Postpartum Recovery Specialist (2017), Functional Training (2015), and Corrective Exercise (2020).
