Hello! My name is Michelle Kellogg, and I have been a workout junkie my whole life. I have been using and recommending Beachbody products for years, even before I became aware of the coaching and business opportunities. Beachbody is AWESOME! It has all the motivation tools needed to keep you going, and because of the income from Beachbody I have been able to quit my full time job so that I can be a Beachbody coach full time!! I am so excited about sharing this opportunity with you, as it has been and continues to be an incredible blessing in my life. I love working out and am currently in the middle of doing a P90X & Insanity hybrid. I am also using Shakeology as a daily meal replacement, and have personally seen great results!! I have used beachbody products for years, mostly as supplements back in my jogging days. I have always loved to run and have ran marathons in the past, however I am listening to my body and doing yoga, primarily due to all those years of not listening to my body! ;-) I have almost completed my 500 hour yoga alliance certification as a yoga instructor, and will soon be doing beachbody workouts 3 days a week along with my yoga the other 3 days. I also teach a local Christian-based yoga class for people that live in the Shreveport Louisiana area.
I am psyched to motivate others to get healthy!! I can those help busy hectic professionals find a program that will fit into their lifestyle, earn an income, AND be fun!
