360 Bariatrics is a surgical weight loss practice led by Dr. Sheetal Patel, a board certified general surgeon and a fellowship trained bariatric surgeon.

Dr. Patel and her multidisciplinary team partner with individuals to provide a healthy and proven combination of surgical, emotional and nutritional tools to reduce and manage their weight. Dr. Patel works closely with clients to ensure long-term success with weight management while maintaining optimal health.

Dr. Patel believes that the key to weight loss success is comprehensive post operative care. As a result, after surgery clients are followed at regularly scheduled visits at 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and yearly after surgery. In addition, clients have full access to Dr. Patel, the therapist, and dietitians via email, phone calls and face to face consultations at any time after surgery. Our goal is to help our clients lose their excess weight in a healthy and successful manner.
