We'll identify what the stressors are, and find ways to either eliminate them or change them, along with their power over your peace of mind. We'll collaborate to work on mindfulness, learning to be more aware of what is happening WHEN it's happening, so that we can find new ways for you to feel in control of your life and emotions.
