Tracy Armstrong LMT is a Knoxville, TN native who holds a BSW from The University of Tennessee and a diploma from C.O.R.E. Massage Institute in Knoxville, TN. She was employed as a social worker for more than 15 years before becoming licensed massage therapist. Tracy is nationally certified and TN state licensed as a massage therapist. She currently maintains a successful private massage therapy practice with Advanced Massage & Bodywork in Knoxville, TN.
Tracy has extensive training and experience working with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals. She takes pride in her philosophy of treating the whole person by integrating massage techniques, client education, and support into each client/therapist relationship.
