Janine Lehman LMT

Janine Lehman is a graduate of the Nevada College of Massage Therapy. She maintained a 4.0 GPA and had perfect attendance while in school. Janine is Nationally Certified and has a California State License. Some of the modalities that Janine is proficient in are: Cranial Sacral Therapy, Swedish, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Scrubs, Wraps, and Relaxation massage. Janine uses a very gentle approach in working on muscles and their issues. There is no need for "deep tissue" when the proper techniques are used to first soften the muscles then work the muscle from the belly to the attachment properly. This technique has proven to be very effective in releasing toxins and to greatly reduce stress. Janine's philosophy is that she uses her hands to faciliate healing and peace by using a gentle but firm touch in a therapeutic massage session. Janine became interested in massage about 10 years ago when her daughter was attending massage school. While helping her with her studies, Janine thought that someday she would become a therapist. Several years later, Janine had the opportunity to go to school and learn all the proper techniques and procedures. Today, she lives in Buellton California with her husband of 30 years. Her hobbies are gardening, sewing, walking and traveling. Janine is proud to serve God in whatever way he asks her. By touching people in a kind and gentle way, she feels that she is able bring good energy to all those that she has the pleasure of serving.
