Maredith Estrada-Schroeder 500-hr,R.Y.T. a Master Trained Yoga Instrucoer Teaching since 2003 she has furthered her studies and recieved her 500-hour Master-Level Yoga Teaching Certificate from Inner Vision Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance and currently teaches over five weekly classes in the East Valley and has administered very successful Yoga Teacher Training programs for the last five years.


Maredith pioneered the Yoga-Connect with Nature for Maricopa County Parks and Recreation.

Blessed with love and inspiration from incredible family and friends she is excited to bring weekend classes to the West Valley community at Aikido Renbukai of Arizona Dojo (Studio). Serving the West Valley- Surprise, Glendale, Phoenix, Sun City, Avondale, El Mirage, Goodyear, Peoria, Youngtown, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Luke Air Force Base.
