I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in working with children/family/couples and individual adults from a strength based approach. I use an eclectic approach and work collaboratively with individuals as they achieve their goals in the therapuetic process. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and families in school, home based and community settings. I also provide motivational and topic specific trainings for the community as well as professionals in areas such as de-escalation, and team building.
