David is from the Sacramento Area and grew up in El Dorado County. He and his wife have two boys and lived in Roseville since 2004. He is the founder of Crossroads Consulting in order to serve the community’s needs.
We are excited to share with YOU the team of experienced professionals that came together to form our practice that focuses on the unmeet needs of group therapy and specialized services within the Sacramento Area. Our practice is essentially a group of specialists that each have a passion for their area within mental health. Our staff includes: Evelyn Marios, LMFT, Lindsey Plumer, LMFT, Linda Franklin, LCSW, Canaan Sampson, RAS, Jessica Perkey, LEP, Rob Getty, LMFT, Dr Naveen Mishra (Psychiatrist), and David Boscow, CAMF. We enjoy working with clients from all walks of life at their own personal "crossroad" and helping answer their tough questions, provide extra support, and listen deeply to find solutions.
David has experience working with individuals, couples, and organizations to both measure and improve their Emotional Intelligence, Anger Management, Communication Skills, Stress Management, Interpersonal Assertion, Interpersonal Awareness, Empathy, Leadership Skills, and decrease Interpersonal Aggression and Interpersonal Deference. As a Certified Anger Management Facilitator, he works with adults individually, as couples, or groups and also works with teens currently on an individual basis. Currently, he works with local business owners in various departments within their companies to clarify goals, creatively problem solve, collaboratively build new skills among staff, construct specific plans, and create measurable metrics for execution.
