Farnaz Namin, Ph.D., is a doctor of corporate psychology, specializing in workforce development, leadership, career and performance effectiveness. She is the founder of Center for Work Life, a boutique, yet global human capital consulting firm. Throughout her career she has been the constant driver of key results, such as increased revenues and profitability through decreased employee turnover, effective selection methods, and sustained peak executive and athletic performance for her clients. She has more than 15 years of professional corporate experience in human capital consulting, leading top performing teams in the U.S. and abroad and has the greater goal to enhance the state of productivity through developing healthier organization, through various means such as the marriage of work-life balance, ethical work practices, diversity and the promotion of employee authenticity. Originally from Azerbaijan/Iran, she lives with her two boys Shayan and Farzan in Orlando, Florida. She enjoys swimming, writing, golf and participating in triathlons.
