I live in the Napa Valley area in northern California, I enjoy flying (private pilot)..currently have a FAA, VFR rating single-engine airplanes. About to start aerobatic training in San Francisco. Dream of being in the Red Bull air races. Also, certified ASA sailor & enjoy blue water sailing. I have an honors degree in biology and tons of advanced training in sports rehab & fitness training. Certified Wellcoach-in-training from <url removed>. Leader & coach for small group leaders at large non-denominational church. Recently lead groups in: How We Got Our Bible, Dead Sea Scrolls, and planning upcoming study on faith-based health & wellness. To me, wellness comes from how we view God & Love, or rather, God's Love. Get those wrong and they drastically affect your lifestyle, biological health, emotions, happiness and quality of life. Earned honors science degree in pre-med biology and currently pursuing graduate work in biblical studies. Founded my wellness company on idea of one scripture - Hebrews 4:16
