As a professional woman, I know first-hand how sluggish and overwhelmed we can feel trying to cope with the demands of career and family. How can we make consistently good decisions during the day, stay organized, be positive and still have enough energy left over at night to be loving with our children and partner?
As a nutritionist and later as a Silicon Valley angel investor, I would typically spend at least 10-hours a day working away from home. And we all know that just “showing up” is not enough. You have to look healthy, dress professionally, be resourceful, diligent, positive, creative and energetic. Then, at the end of a long day, we’re cooking dinner, checking homework, and doing a few loads of laundry. Finally, we drop into bed hoping to turn over and go to sleep but feeling guilty that our partner is missing the intimacy we used to give so freely before our lives got so hectic.
There is a lot of advice for working women out there, but most of it misses the most important and fundamental tool required for growing a business—restoring and maintaining our health.
But with so many health products and strategies, who has time to sift through it all and even then, how do you know that a product’s label really represents what’s inside? That’s why I started Youthing Essentials – to provide a single, trusted source for guidance and products that really work to boost business women’s performance.
What I discovered is that no single “magic bullet” exists to bring our bodies and minds back to their optimal best. But rather, there is a fundamental combination of activities and nutrients that are essential tools for living with vitality and youthfulness even into old age.
Youthing Essentials has developed a simple but effective program for clear thinking, multi-tasking, energy, better sleep and digestion, all essential ingredients to business success. We have done extensive research into the backgrounds and processes of the companies that produce our products. All the items we offer undergo a rigorous 10-step selection process. I evaluate the source of each ingredient in each product, the viability and integrity of the vendor, the experience I have using a product as recommended, the cost, and six other factors.
In only 15 minutes a day, you can take back control of how you feel and perform. It doesn’t have be hard or time consuming. It just needs to be every day, like a business appointment you can’t cancel.
Youthing Essentials is not about anti-aging, it’s about “Youthing” – or being your very best at any age.
